Client-specific data have been gathered on clients in regular home care every other year as part of notifications to the Care Registers for Social Welfare and Health Care (from 2007 onwards, data are gathered every year). Included are home-care clients who have a valid service and care plan on the day of count or who otherwise receive home-help services, home nursing or day-hospital services regularly at least once a week. The data concern service providers and clients and services received by them. The data are reported by service providers.
