Description
The wage and salary index for the public sector was revised considerably more than usual concerning February and March. The revision was due to a technical error, which caused the wages and salaries sums of the public sector to erroneously be at a higher level than normal. The year-on-year change in the public sector became revised by -9.7 percentage points in February and by -6.3 percentage points in March. The revised data have been corrected in the tables above. The data in the releases for February and March show the old figures for the public sector wage and salary index.
