The renovation costs of owner-occupiers and housing companies are divided into their own database tables. The number of database tables remains unchanged because renovation costs relative to the floor area of the building stock were combined to the same database table as renovation costs.
The database tables are in Finnish, Swedish and English.
No data are released on renovations of state-subsidised rental housing companies starting from the statistical reference year 2022. The data for 2015 to 2021 can be found in Table 13rl - Renovation costs of buildings and apartments, EUR million, 2015-2021.
