Building costs went down by 0.1 per cent in March year-on-year

According to Statistics Finland, building costs decreased by 0.1 per cent in March 2024 from one year back. Among materials, costs decreased most in the year in precast concrete units (-9.5 per cent) and steel structures (-7.7 per cent).
