Building costs remained unchanged in February 2024 compared to the previous year

According to Statistics Finland, building costs remained unchanged in February 2024 compared to the previous year. Among materials, the costs of heat insulation rose most in the year (7.3 per cent). Costs decreased most in the year in steel structures (-7.4%) and precast concrete units (-10.5%).
