CVTS, continuing vocational training

Official Statistics of Finland (OSF)
The statistics on continuing vocational training (CVTS) describe development of personnel competence in enterprises and enterprises' training practices. The data are collected and published around every five years. The survey is conducted in EU Member States and in a few other European countries.

Share of training costs in labour costs in the main industries of manufacturing and services 2010-2020

Costs in course-based training as a share of labour costs have decreased from 2010 to 2020. Training costs as a share of labour costs decreased in services from 1.4 per cent in 2010 to 0.7 per cent in 2020 and in manufacturing from 1.3 per cent in 2010 to 0.5 per cent in 2020.
