According to Statistics Finland's data, wage and salary earners' accident frequency decreased in the first corona year. In 2020, the number of wage and salary earners' accidents at work was 9.2 per one million hours worked. This was 9.8 per cent lower than in the year before. The accident incidence rate among wage and salary earners and farmers also decreased in 2020 compared with the previous year.
