Description

The statistics describe pupils and students in pre-primary and basic education and post-comprehensive education leading to a qualification, as well as completers of qualifications or degrees. The statistics contain data on the age, mobility, nationality and native language of students and completers of qualifications or degrees. Post-comprehensive education refers to upper secondary general school education, vocational education, university of applied sciences education and university education. In accordance with the Statistics Act, the personal data from which these statistics are compiled are confidential. As a rule, the statistics produced from them are public. The data for the statistics are published annually.
