Data:	Latest release: In April to June, prices of old single-family houses at last years level 04 Sep 2019 The prices of old single-family houses remained unchanged year-on-year in the second quarter of 2019. In Greater Helsinki, prices went down by 2.4 per cent and in the rest of the country they rose by 0.3 per cent. Compared with the previous quarter, prices of old single-family houses increased by 2.7 per cent. These data derive from Statistics Finlands Index of real estate prices, which is compiled by utilising data from the real estate transaction register of the National Land Survey of Finland. Change:	Retrospective time series will be published for the statistics on real estate prices starting from 2010 04 Dec 2017 Retrospective time series from 2010 onwards according to the new calculation method revised earlier this year are published for the indices of old single-family houses and single-family house plots.
