The Business Register inquires yearly data from municipal groups. The data are collected for maintaining the Business Register. The statistical unit is enterprise and obliged to provide data are municipalities. The inquiry is sent to municipalities yearly in March. The data providers use municipalities' annual reports as their primary data sources. The responses can be returned by email.
The inquiry includes all municipalities in operation during the statistical year and the enterprises belonging to the municipal group at the end of the year.
